KIP Strategy
From its inception in July 2009, the KIP has been working towards creating a plan for making Kingston a more welcoming city for newcomers. The KIP Strategy is a community-based plan, guided by input through interviews, focus groups, public assemblies and planning tables, and inspired by innovative work being done here in other parts of the province and around the world.
The Strategy consists of several components, listed below. To navigate within this section, you can use the “previous” and “next” links below to go from page to page, or use the Table of Contents. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to read through the “About the KIP” section, in particular the KIP Background and Our Purpose pages.
You can also download (PDF, 901 KB) a print-friendly, condensed version of the Strategic Action Plan.
